We collect the answers you give in the assessment, including written reflections and open-ended responses. If you join the waitlist, we also collect your first name, email address, and phone number.
How it is stored
Assessment responses, scores, profiles, and generated plans are stored in our secure database. Your progress, daily check-ins, and night reflections are also stored on your own device so you can return to them.
How we use it
Your information is used to generate your results and plan, to understand overall patterns across the audience in aggregate, and — if you opted in — to contact you about the Healing in Real Time Core Program.
Who can see it
Individual responses and contact details are not public. Only authorized administrators can view stored records.
No health-data claims
Healing in Real Time is not a medical or mental-health service and makes no claim of HIPAA compliance. Please do not submit clinical or medical records through this experience.
Your choices
You can clear locally stored progress by clearing this site's data in your browser. To request deletion of stored responses or waitlist details, contact support@placeholder.com.
